Every LAOUTS book, print, and gift is produced one at a time from your photos — there's no shelf to pull it from. So if it ever arrives damaged or printed wrong, we remake it free. That's our promise.

The LAOUTS Promise

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days and we'll remake it or refund it — no charge, no hassle. We stand behind every piece that leaves the press.

  • Materially different from your editor preview

  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Typos or photo choices in your design
  • Minor screen-to-print color variation
  • Digital downloads, once delivered

Because each item is personalized and printed just for you, it can't be restocked or resold — so, like every photo studio, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse or design choices you made. Please preview your order carefully before checkout. Everything else, we've got you.

How to make a claim

  1. Email hello@laouts.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number.
  2. Attach a photo of the issue so we can see what went wrong.
  3. We make it right — a free remake shipped to you, or a full refund. We aim to resolve every claim within 7 business days.

A note on color

Screens glow; paper doesn't. A small difference between what you see on your display and the final print is normal and isn't considered a defect. We calibrate carefully and print on premium stock so your book looks its best — but if a print is genuinely off, that's covered above, and we'll remake it.
